CONTRACT NO. EOS 2016-02 TREE TRIMMING AND TREE REMOVAL
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Tuesday March 29, 2016, passed
the following resolution:
“That the Tender submission from 809592 Ontario Inc. o/a O’Brien Tree Service be accepted for
Contract No. EOS-2016-02 re Tree Trimming and Tree Removal in the amount of $23,9370.00
plus $3,116.10 HST for a total of $27,086.10 for 2016, $21,210.00 plus $2,757.30 HST for a total amount of $23,967.30 for
2017, and $26,070.00 plus $3,389.10 HST for a total amount of $29,459.10 for 2018, this being the lowest cost Tender
received, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
