Through this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ), the City of Belleville intends to shortlist experienced and qualified Engineering Consulting firms to be invited to respond to a future Request for Proposal (RFP). Only Engineering Consulting Firms who have demonstrated, through past performance, their ability to complete similar detailed design and Class EA assignments on time and with amicable resolution of issues identified during the project will be invited to submit proposals in response to the RFP. |
