PURPOSE: The Corporation of the City of Belleville invites proposals from qualified firms/individuals to Provide Certified Plumbing Services to City of Belleville, all in accordance with the Scope of Work, Special Instructions, Information to Contractors and General Conditions. The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain the services of licensed plumbers to perform plumbing repairs, installations and maintenance for City facilities, on an "as needed" basis for the contract term. |

Awarded Summary
This is to advise that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday, May 28, 2018 passed the following resolution:
“THAT the Request for Proposal submission from Don Kelly Plumbing Ltd. be accepted for the supply of plumbing services in the amount of $48.00 per hour regular rate; $72.00 per hour overtime and stat holiday rate for a licensed plumber and $35.00 per hour regular rate; $52.50 per hour overtime and stat holiday rate for plumber apprentice, this being the only submission received and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
