The Corporation of the City of Belleville, Building Section, invites submissions from vendors interested in carrying out remedial work and property clean ups resulting from orders issued under the Property Standards and Clean Yards Bylaws. The requirements for this RFP and responses to this Request for Proposal are as described in this document. The City reserves the right not to accept any submission and to reissue this RFP at its sole discretion. |
