The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday, July 9, 2018 passed the following resolution:
““THAT Option A and B of the Tender submission from Buttcon East Ltd. be accepted for the supply, renovation and construction at 459 Sidney Street including the construction of a fleet shelter in the amount of $21,426,852, plus $2,785,490 HST for a Total amount of $24,212,342 this being the lowest qualified tender received and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk by authorized to affix the Corporate Seal”.
