First I must apologize for the lengthy delay in responding to this RFP. Attached in my scoring and as a result of the scoring we will be awarding the RFP to the 3 highlighted bidders (HBS Property
maintenance, Complete Home and lawn and Umbrella Facility Services) and work
will be assigned to these bidders on a rotational basis.
Please advise if there is anything else that you require
in this regard. Also it is my plan to arrange a meeting with all 3 parties to
review the process and answer any questions that there may be so please advise
when I can proceed with arranging this meeting.
