The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday, June 27, 2016, passed the following resolution:
“THAT the Tender Submission from National Structures 2011 Inc. be
accepted for Contract No. ES-16-01 Elevated Storage Tank Foundation Repairs in
the amount of $75,585.00 plus $9,826.05 HST for a total dollar amount of
$85,411.05, this being the lowest cost tender received and that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The
Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to
affix the Corporate Seal.”
