The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for qualified firms to provide a pilot project for Automated Traffic Enforcement (ATE) programs to improve community safety on public streets in the City of Belleville.
The City of Belleville (hereinafter “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified proponents to provide for the installation, maintenance, use and management of a pilot project for ATE Services for the City. The City is seeking a ”turn-key” solution that provides the required hardware, software, back office services including violation ticket processing that is needed for the City to implement ATE for the following :
The ATE systems must only be operated using devices and processes that fully comply with the requirements of the applicable Province of Ontario legislation and regulations |
