The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday, August 27, 2018 passed the following resolution:

  THAT the tender submission from Ferguson Electric Company Ltd. be accepted for Contract No. ES-18-03 re Belleville Water Treatment Plant Variable Frequency Drive(s) (VFD) Replacement in the amount of $168,000.00 plus $21,840.00 HST for a total amount of $189,840.00, this being the lowest cost tender received, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
