The Council
of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday,
July 10, 2017, passed the following resolution:
“THAT
the Tender Submission from Dundas Power Line Limited be accepted for CONTRACT
ENG2017-11 College Street East Extension Supply and Installation of LED Street
Lights in the amount of $44,937.50 plus $5,841.88 HST for a total dollar amount
of $50,779.38, this being the lowest cost tender received and that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of
The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized
to affix the Corporate Seal.”
