The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday, November 23, 2015, passed the following resolution:
“THAT the Request for Proposal submission from Kelson Mechanical Eastern Inc. be accepted for the design build
dehumidification unit at the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre, in the amount of $509,448.00, plus $66,228.24 HST for a total of $575,676.24, this being the lowest qualified proposal received, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
