City of Belleville (“the City”) invites submissions through this Request for Prequalification (the “RFPQ”) from prospective General Contractors to develop a short list of qualified Contractors eligible to bid on the subsequent Request for Tender (“RFT”) for the Prequalification of General Contractors for Bridge Street East Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Replacement, as further described in the General Requirements.
