Awarded Summary
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday,
June 13, 2016 passed the following resolution:
"THAT the tender submission
from Jeffery G. Wallans Construction Limited be accepted for Contract No. EOS-2016-23
re Hoskins road and Hoskins Court Sidewalk Removal and 1.5 meter asphalt should
installation in the amount of $67,025.00, plus $8,713.25 HST, for a total
amount of $75,738.25, this being the lowest cost tender received, and that the
Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The
Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to
affix the Corporate Seal”
