Awarded Summary
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting
held on Monday, June 27, 2016 passed the following resolution:
“THAT the request for proposal submission from Tom Belch and Sons
Building Contractors Limited be accepted for the supply of City Hall
Accessibility Upgrades and Health and Safety Remediation on the Main Floor in
the amount of $533,898.00 plus $69,406.74 HST for a total amount of $603,304.74
this being the lowest qualified proposal received, and that the Mayor and City
Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The
Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to
affix the Corporate Seal."
