This is to advise you that at the Council Meeting of Monday, August 27, 2018 the following resolution was approved: “THAT the Tender submissions for Contract No. RCCS-2018-02 the Construction of a Washroom Pavilion at Zwick’s Island Park be rejected and Contract No. RCCS-2018-02 be cancelled as the tender submissions received exceeds the approved project budget; and THAT Staff be directed to direct the consultants to modify the construction design and scope necessary for the project to remain on budget and that construction be completed as quickly as possible in 2019 in time for activities in Zwick’s Centennial Park.” Tender for: City of Belleville, Recreation, Culture & Community Services Dept.
