This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the City of Belleville (“the City”) to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the supply and delivery of Scott Air-Pak Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Equipment, as further described in the RFT Particulars. In addition, the City is seeking the removal and disposition, trade-in, recycling of certain existing units that are no longer required by the City.
