Awarded Summary
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting
held on Tuesday October 10, 2017 passed the following resolution:
“THAT the Request for Proposal submission from Legend Recreation Software Inc. be accepted for Contract
RCCS-2017-01 Recreation & Facility Booking Management Software in the amount of $262,440.71, plus HST of $34,117.29 for a total amount of $296,558.00 for implementation and maintenance services, this being the most qualified proposal received that met all specifications; and, THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that
the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
