Awarded Summary
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday, March 14, 2022 passed the following resolution:
“THAT the tender submission from Fitzgibbon Construction Ltd. be accepted for Contract No. TOS-2022-06 re Shave & Pave (Asphalt Resurfacing) in the revised amount of $1,383,819.54 plus $179,896.54 HST for a total amount of $1,563,716.08, this being the lowest tender received, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
