The City of Burnaby (“City”) is requesting Proposals from experience and qualified Proponents to implement a new Enterprise Content Management Platform (ECM Platform) Solution in Microsoft SharePoint to address content management and records management through implementation of Microsoft Purview as further detailed herein. The City is seeking Proposals from Proponents who have recent and relevant experience in implementing ECM Platform systems using Microsoft SharePoint and Records Management using Microsoft Purview to organizations of a similar size and scope. Proponents should be professional, experienced and qualified to assist with the City’s initiative, and should clearly articulate their solution scope, with achievable plans for a seamless implementation program. The successful Proponent will be able to demonstrate completed ECM projects of similar scope and size with built environment examples and verifiable references on successful project completion.
