The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified consulting team (“Consultant”) with expertise in 1) playground design with a landscape architectural background; 2) flood mitigation with hydrological, geotechnical, and site engineering expertise; and 3) ecological restoration and habitat enhancement to design an enhanced playground with site improvements at Jim Lorimer Park, as further detailed herein.
