The Works shall include, but not limited to the installation of approximately 21,400 metric tonnes of roadway asphalt, 39,100 square meters of full depth milling, 42,200 square meters of surface milling, 5,200 metric tonne of gravel, localized deep base repairs, 25 lineal meters of concrete curb, 15 square meters of coloured stamped median infill, restoration, excavation, reshaping, asphalt multi use path, letdowns, pavement markings, recessed raised pavement markings, traffic loop installation, tack coat, new signage, and traffic control. 

This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Area of Specialization for 2.0 – Roads may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works). No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the Owner.
