The Council of the Corporation of the City of
Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday, January 25, 2016, passed the following
resolution:
“THAT the bid
submission from Cheema Cleaning Services Ltd.
be accepted for the Request for Quotations for Janitorial & Related
Services at various locations in the total monthly amount of $4,035.00 HST,
for the contract period from February 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017, this being
the lowest qualified bid received; and
THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement
on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk
be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal”
