Scope of Work: This contract will include the partial and full removal of the existing Mineral Road and Maitland Drive, extension and construction of underground services, new service laterals, widening, and construction of curb and sidewalk of both roadways, reconstruction of pavement, and the construction of a new roundabout at Maitland Drive and Farnham Road and landscaping as outlined. |

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday,
March 26, 2018 passed the following resolution:
“THAT the tender submission from K. Mulrooney Trucking Inc. be accepted for CONTRACT
ENG2018-06 Mineral Road and Maitland Drive Reconstruction in the amount of $10,170,081.63 plus $1,322,110.61 HST for a total dollar amount of $11,492,192.24, this being the lowest tender received; and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
