CONTRACT ENG2017-34 HAIG ROAD AND STATION STREET EXTENSION Scope of Work: The work shall consist of an approximate 1.3 km extension of Haig Road and Station Street from Oak Ridge Boulevard to Farley Avenue. The approximate 700 m extension of Haig Road shall be constructed to an urban standard with concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter and storm sewers. The remaining 600 m extension of Station Street shall be constructed to a rural cross section with open roadside ditches.

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday
March 26, 2018 passed the following resolution:
THAT the Tender Submission from Dekeyser Excavating Ltd. be accepted for CONTRACT
ENG2017-34 Haig Road and Station Street Extension in the amount of
$3,141,498.20 plus $408,394.77 HST for a total dollar amount of $3,549,892.97
this being the most qualified tender and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the
City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate
Seal.”
