The City of Belleville requires a contractor for Land Clearing and Grubbing which shall consist of the removal and disposal of all trees, stumps, roots, logs, shrubs, brush, fallen timber and other surface litter, wherever they occur within the areas as designated on the attached map. |

'THAT the tender submission from R. Stover Landscape Maintenance Inc. in the amount of $248,350 .00 plus $32 ,285.50 HST for a total amount of
$280,635.50 be accepted for the Land Clearing and Grubbing of the future Agricultural Society site and commercial development, this being the lowest qualified quotation received, and that the Mayor
and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal."
