Stanley Park is a 10.79 hectare parcel of parkland and open space located in the east section of the City, east of Farley Ave (Foresthill Cres) and north of Edgehill Road. Approximately 1.41 hectares is active parkland while the remaining area is comprised of wetland/marsh. With the need for a parking area identified, the department has investigating green infrastructure to augment the space with a permeable parking area. Using Ecoraster as a permeable pavement, the parking area will infiltrate runoff during rain events. This is intended to be a seasonal parking area; it is not planned to be operated in the winter, therefore would be a suitable location to pilot permeable pavement technologies. |

accepted for Contract No. TOS 2020-15 re Stanley Park Parking lot in the amount of $93,508.53 plus
$12,156.11 HST for a total amount of $105,664.64, this being the lowest cost proposal received, and
that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The
Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate
Seal."
