OBJECTIVE The Corporation of the City of Belleville (City) is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified individuals or firms (Proponents) for the provision of Integrity Commissioner Services (Work). The appointment will be on an as needed basis for an initial two-(2) year term, with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year terms under the same terms & conditions at the mutual agreement of all parties. The City’s current Council Code of Conduct was adopted in 2007. Council adopted a “Code of Conduct” in 2007 which will require a thorough review and revisions where deemed necessary. Policies and procedures will need to be established that specify the roles and responsibilities of an Integrity Commissioner and the process for investigating complaints and alleged breaches of the “Code of Conduct”. |

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on Monday,March 11, 2019, passed the following resolution:
THAT the Request for Proposals RFP-CORP-2018-02 submission from Cunningham, Swan, Carty, Little and Bonham LLP be accepted for Integrity Commissioner Services, this being the most qualified proposal received, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”Bids Submitted - Unofficial
