The objective of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to identify a shortlist of experienced and qualified Engineering Consulting firms to be invited to respond to a future Request for Proposal (RFP). Through the future Request for Proposal process the City intends to retain an experience Engineering Consulting firm to complete a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for the expansion of the Northeast Industrial Park.
Only Engineering Consulting firms who have demonstrated through past performance their ability to complete Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) projects on time and with amicable resolution of issues identified during the study will be requested to submit proposals for the Northeast Industrial Park Expansion MCEA. |
