SCOPE The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services that are necessary to fulfill the requirements of preventive elevator maintenance as outlined in this Specification, with respect to the one (1) elevator listed herein. The purpose of the Contract is to ensure that the equipment is maintained in substantially new condition to provide trouble-free service, prolong the life of the equipment, and secure the Owner’s equity, and if applicable, per optional pricing, to ensure new equipment is installed in accordance with its design |
