Awarded Summary
The Council
of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting held on
Monday, August 8, 2016, passed the following resolution:
“THAT the tender submission from
Cruickshank Construction Ltd. be accepted for Contract No. EOS-2016-21 re
Asphalt Resurfacing – Various Roads in the amount of $594,616.00 plus
$77,300.08 HST, for a total amount of $671,916.08 this being the lowest cost
tender received, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the
Acceptance Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and
the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
