The
Council of the Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting
held on Monday, December 11, 2107, passed the following resolution:
“THAT the proposal submission from BT Engineering Inc. be accepted for RFP-ENG2017-35 Contract
Administration and Inspection Services for Mineral Road and Maitland Drive
Reconstruction in the amount of $518,850.00 plus $67,450.50 HST for a total
dollar amount of $586,300.50, this being the most qualified proposal received;
and THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign the Acceptance
Agreement on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Belleville and that the
City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
