Awarded Summary
This is to advise that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Belleville, at its regular meeting
held on Monday, November 14, 2016, passed the following resolution:
“THAT the Request for Proposal submission from Phillips Lighting Canada
Ltd. be accepted for the supply of a photometric streetlight design, and supply
of LED cobra head style streetlights including an Electronic Smart Grid
allowance of $400,000.00 in the amount of $1,223,310.00 plus $159,030.30 HST
for a total amount of $1,382,340.30 this being the lowest and most qualified
proposal received and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the
Acceptance Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Belleville and
that the City Clerk be authorized to affix the Corporate Seal.”
