Through this Request for Quotations the City intends to retain an experienced contractor for the repairs to the Kinsman Pool whereas the work will be broken into two phases.

The first phase is to be completed in 2019 and second phase to be completed in 2020. The awarded bidder will be required to hold their prices for phase two 2020 work until Feb 2020 at which time a PO would be issued.
